Pianoman (2024)

Overview

David Avendano renovates pianos with specialized talent and care, making him worthy of his “pianoman” moniker. As an undocumented immigrant in Yonkers, New York, he dreams of starting his own repair business. While his challenges are equal parts fascinating and unique, they are ultimately familiar as a shared, relatable human experience of struggling to provide for one’s family.
